المعلومات التي نجمعها
عند استخدامك لتطبيق أموري، قد نجمع الأنواع التالية من المعلومات:
- معلومات الحساب: رقم الهاتف المستخدم لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق عبر رمز OTP.
- معلومات الطلب والتوصيل: عنوان التوصيل، المنتجات المطلوبة، الكميات، والمبلغ الإجمالي.
- سجل الطلبات: تفاصيل الطلبات السابقة وحالتها.
- بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات حول كيفية تفاعلك مع التطبيق (الفروع والفئات التي تتصفحها، إلخ).
لا يقوم تطبيق أموري حاليًا بجمع أو تخزين معلومات بطاقات الدفع، حيث إن طريقة الدفع الوحيدة المتاحة هي الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام.
كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- لإنشاء وإدارة حسابك والتحقق من هويتك عبر رمز OTP.
- لمعالجة طلباتك وتنسيق عملية التوصيل.
- للتواصل معك بخصوص طلباتك وحالتها.
- لتحسين خدماتنا وتجربة المستخدم.
- للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
مزودو الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة
نستخدم مزودي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل تطبيقنا، من ضمنهم:
- Twilio: لإرسال رسائل التحقق (OTP) عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة.
- Supabase: لاستضافة قاعدة البيانات وتخزين الصور والملفات المرتبطة بالتطبيق.
قد يطّلع هؤلاء المزودون على بيانات محدودة بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتهم، وهم ملزمون بحماية هذه البيانات وفق اتفاقياتهم الخاصة.
مشاركة المعلومات
لا نقوم ببيع معلوماتك الشخصية. قد نشارك معلوماتك فقط في الحالات التالية:
- مع مزودي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه لتشغيل الخدمة.
- عند الحاجة للامتثال للقانون أو أمر قضائي.
- لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامة مستخدمينا.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية، وحل النزاعات، وتطبيق اتفاقياتنا.
أمن البيانات
نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به. مع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%.

Amory ("Amory," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our app and website (the "Service"). When you use the Amory app, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: your phone number, used to sign in and verify your identity via OTP.

Amory does not currently collect or store payment card information — the only payment method available is Cash on Delivery.

Third-Party Service Providers
